Job Role 1(Process Executive) :
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate(Only 2019 – 2022 Passed outs)
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Good communication skills
Job Role 2(Technical Process Executive) :
Eligibility criteria:
Any Graduation (Only 2019 – 2022 Passed outs)
Responsibilities :
- Prime role is to assist customer through calls and emails.
- Follow up on customer internal disputes, customer concern and working between the departments to get the resolution.
- Engaged in handling call of business units.
- Handling escalation and complex queries.
- Handling large amount on income calls.
- Resolving customer queries and achieve delight.
Job Role 3(Technology Support Executive) :
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate(Only 2019 – 2022 Passed outs)
Responsibilities :
- Candidate should have good knowledge in Financial analysis and reporting part.
- Knowledge in auditing, reconciliations etc would be added advantage
