Job Description :
- Independent handling of Component & System level Requirement
- Concept design & Evaluation, Decision analysis Matrix
- SE & Stakeholder Management
- Component design & development Risk analysis
- Component design & development release process
- Perform design calculations and Tolerance analysis
- Managing Components and assembly and in team center
- Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
- Design Optimization & Cost analysis
Qualifications :
B.E/ B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering
Additional Information :
- Hands on Components/ system design & development
- Thermal calculations & design
- Knowledge on Plastic, Diecast, Piping & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques
- Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of material
- Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
- Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
