Job Description : 

  • To help clients/accomplices for Seqrite-Enterprise security items for Configuration, Deployment, Feature getting, upgradation and issue goal. 
  • This group goes about as Frontline group to answer client/Partners inquiries on Toll free, visit and email cases at TSC and to answer direct calls or on location plan at Branches. 
  • Give a-list client experience while working with clients/accomplices, guarantee goal to their questions or acceleration to a higher level if not Resolved. 
Responsibilities : 

  • Keep up with month to month self efficiency score of over 85% thinking about day by day cases/calls/Chats/E-mail/controllers cases, SR Activities took care of/shut, Knowledge sharing/upgradation exercises, Participation
  • Keep up with month to month self Technical Quality Score of over 80% ( Call/E-mail/Remote/Bug) 
  • Keep up with month to month Self Soft Skill Quality Score of over 80% (Call/E-mail/remote/Bug) 

    • Keep up with month to month Self Technical Test Score of over 80% 
    • Keep up with month to month self CSat Score of 75% or more with at minimum 10% Conversion Ratio 
    • Keep up with month to month self FDR Score of over 90%( Cases shut inside 24 Hrs) 
    • Keep up with Average Call Handling time < 11 Min for EPS
