Job Description :

  • Overseeing and assisting with dealing with Client's Product support for the clients who call/talk or email in the help place. 
  • Client assistance to global clients via telephone for voice measure (INBOUND and Outbound calling). 
  • Customer items to the client (Analytics, YouTube and so forth)
