About organization:
AST's unique business was the assembling and showcasing of a wide scope of microcomputer extension cards, later zeroing in on higher-thickness trades for the standard I/O cards in the IBM PC. An ordinary AST multifunction card of the mid-1980s would have a RS-232 sequential port, an equal printer port, a battery-supported clock/schedule (the first IBM PC didn't have one), a game port, and 384 KB of DRAM (added to the 256 KB on the motherboard to arrive at the full supplement of 640 KB) - advertised under the item name 'SixPakPlus'. A comparable extension card was delivered for the 8-bit Apple II, named the AST Multi I/O, which offered a sequential and equal interface, in addition to a battery-supported clock/schedule.

Job Description :
- Specialized helpdesk support for Oracle
- Work with worldwide group and groups across areas
- Give ideal updates to the group drives/chief/project supervisor
- Venture documentation including Technical plan reports, testing scripts
- Working in Managed administration support projects with the capacity to investigate and resolve client L1 issues
- Working in Night Shift
- Experience in handling oracle helpdesk and basic knowledge of password reset and similar helpdesk issues
- Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL
- Good communication skills
