Job Description :

·        Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.

·        Handle Technical Issues related to BOD

·        Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer’s issue

·        Ensure to provide the highest rate of customer satisfaction on each chat handled.

·        Achieve CSAT of 9 on a scale of 0-10.

·        Maintain Chat AHT of 710 sec
